2020 Cherokee Estates Contribution

Cherokee Estates has a big corner of property designated to recreation and community fellowship. There is a lot required in taking care of that area which contributes to the value of homes, safety and security surrounding it. Your contribution/dues will give you access to the tennis courts and basketball court, access to neighborhood events while also contributing to the liability insurance, utilities, communications (websites and mail cost money), lawn care and other expenses associated with the upkeep of the recreational corner of our neighborhood.
